Eligibility for Refunds

  • It includes all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • It has not been damaged, altered, or used in any way

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds unless they are faulty:

  • Opened or used headphones, earphones, or hygiene-sensitive products
  • Software, digital downloads, and license keys
  • Custom orders or personalized items
  • Smartphones or tech items that have been activated or registered

How to Request a Refund
To begin a refund request, please email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. We will respond with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid any issues with lost items.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days of approval, please:

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.
